Verify whether the employer has registered me in the social system and is paying insurance premium

Why should I verify whether my employer is paying insurance premium on my behalf?

Text

It is important for you as an employee to be sure that your employer has registered you with the Social Insurance Agency and is reporting your income in the correct amount. The amount of income is directly related to the amount of benefits that Social Insurance Agency will pay you - if you meet all the conditions - (e.g. sickness benefits, accident benefits, unemployment benefit, pension).

How can I verify this?

You can verify this at the Social Insurance Agency branch in the place of the employer's registered office.

Contact the branch:

Verify your registration and also whether the employer reports you the same assessment basis (income) as you have in the employment contract (agreement) or which has been actually paid to you.

Visit any branch of the Social Insurance Agency and set up a free electronic service Electronic Account of the Insuree. You will be able to check your income at any time in your electronic account, from which your employer pays your monthly insurance premium.
