A natural person who has been granted a compensatory allowance

A natural person who has been granted a compensatory allowance is pension insured if the following conditions are met:

• you have permanent residence in the Slovak Republic;
• you are not pension insured as a natural person who properly cares for a child under six years of age or a child with a long-term adverse health condition under 18 years of age, a natural person receiving a care allowance, a natural person providing personal assistance to a natural person with a severe disability, a soldier in voluntary military training;
• you have not a disability pension granted;
• you did not reach your retirement age.
