How do I communicate with the Social Insurance Agency?

After your first registration, you will communicate with the Social Insurance Agency electronically via the eServices on the eServices portal (SK).

How do I acquire access to eServices?

You can acquire access to eServices after concluding the Agreement on the Use of eServices (SK). You may sign the agreement as a contribution payer or through your authorised person (e.g. accountant).

You may either conclude the agreement in person at a Social Insurance Agency branch or electronically via the Public Administration Portal www.slovensko.sk.

We recommend that you sort out two things at the same time – the first registration with the Social Insurance Agency as the employer (registration letter) and the conclusion of the eServices agreement. You can sort out both things at the office or electronically via the www.slovensko.sk portal.

What do I need to conclude the agreement?

Conclusion in person at a branch:

  • if you are doing this in person – a valid ID card (citizen’s identity card or passport);
  • if you are doing this through an authorised person — the authorisation must cover:
    • the purpose of the authorisation: signature of the electronic communication agreement;
    • the precise identification of you and the authorised person;
    • the activities you are authorised to perform as an authorised person (e.g. activities on behalf of the contribution payer with regard to the transmission of electronic documents via the Social Insurance Agency’s electronic services);
    • the date and signature.

To submit electronically via the www.slovensko.sk portal, you need an electronic identity card.
